Built on a Quiet Restlessness
Ksheera Farm began with a quiet restlessness.
While our corporate careers were moving forward, we felt the need to build something tangible — something that mattered every single day. Not a service people used occasionally, but a product that became part of a family’s routine.
Our search led us through many ideas. Quality groceries. Organic produce. Community retail. But one product kept returning to our thoughts — not because it was exciting, but because it was unquestioned.
Milk Consumed daily by children, elders, and families alike. Trusted without pause. Rarely explained.
When we looked closer, especially around 2017, we realized that despite milk being one of the most consumed foods in India, very few brands spoke clearly about how it was produced, tested, or handled. Transparency was limited. Trust was assumed.
We didn’t see this as a business opportunity. We saw it as a responsibility.
And that responsibility became Ksheera Farm.
What Sets Us Apart

Healthy Herd Management
We maintain a healthy herd of cattle with regular veterinary visits and recommendations. Any cattle showing signs of ailment are immediately taken off production until fully recovered.

Own Fodder Cultivation

Complete Supply Chain Control

No Preservatives or Adulteration
We maintain strict quality standards with no preservatives, chemicals, or hormones. Daily batch testing proves our commitment to purity.

Space for Natural Living
Our cattle have ample space for movement, and free grazing is encouraged to maintain their health and well-being.

Prompt Customer Support
Our Approach
Our Mission
We never set out to build a loud brand.
While many companies focus on scale, visibility, and constant promotion, we chose a quieter path — one rooted in routine, familiarity, and trust that grows over time.
In many ways, Ksheera Farm is simply a modern version of a milkman you already know.
Not the kind who makes promises. The kind who shows up every morning.
The comfort of that familiarity is important to us. Milk is not a trend. It is a habit. And habits require reliability, not excitement.
"Milk doesn't have to be complicated, but it has to be honest."
Everyone deserves the right milk. Honest, pure, trusted.

- Founded. Located in Yelwarty, shankarpally. Spanned across a 20acre serene farm
- Started with buffalo and Desi-cow milk. We packed in beautiful glass bottles.
- started supplying to friends and family those who entrusted us with the product. They rated us and made us come with better product and process which shaped us better with constructive criticism.
We are involved in every step of the operations and marketing physically walking to the communities, households personally in explaining the product. Right from milking till its delivered. We milked, packed, delivered. We were doing all the works that involves in a dairy. We expanded delivering to 10 areas with limited supply capacity. We introduced Ghee to customers.
We gradually expanded to 22 areas. We do not want to be aggressive. Rather we are careful in understanding the product and the motive is not to be big but better with control at every step and stage.
We have renamed to Ksheera Farm. Shredding Organics. Reason we do not want to exploit the word Organics as during the days Organics as a word is being used as a leverage/term rather than the practices to be followed to claim as Organics. Launched an App. Started expanding lab tests beyond Fat/SNF/Water. Started investing our time and capital on technology. Product and operations backed by science and technology. Farm communities collaboration. Invested in upbringing and educating the local farmers to produce quality milk. Introduced butter.
gradually expanded the operations to 40 areas and streamlined the cold chain process to last mile. Introduced Paneer.
We expanded to 65 areas with all the processes streamlined. Introduced country eggs, Flavored milk, Curd
Very much into streamlining the product, expanding the certifications, testing, farmer community.
