At Ksheera Farm, we are committed to delivering fresh and pure dairy products directly to your doorstep with reliability and care.
1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
Delivery is available only in designated service areas listed on the Platform.
2. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Pre-placed orders are scheduled to be delivered before 8:00 AM in the morning.
We make every effort to ensure that pre-placed orders reach you by 8:00 AM. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic restrictions, weather conditions, or operational challenges beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare situations.
3. RISK TRANSFER
Risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery at the designated address.
4. FAILED DELIVERY
The Company shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, restricted access, or absence of recipient.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Ksheera Farm reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Delivery is significantly delayed beyond the usual time frame
- The order becomes physically untraceable
- Product is out of stock
- Delivery address is outside our serviceable areas
In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to your Ksheera Farm Wallet.
