Delivery Timelines
Pre-placed orders are scheduled to be delivered by 8:00 AM in the morning.
We make every effort to ensure that pre-placed orders reach you by 8:00 AM. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic restrictions, weather conditions, or operational challenges beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare situations.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Ksheera Farm reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

* Delivery is significantly delayed beyond the usual time frame,
* The shipment becomes physically untraceable,
* The ordered product is out of stock, or
* The delivery address is outside our serviceable areas.

In such cases, the amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to your original payment source.
